PayPal C360 Event at Sky Garden

We were delighted to be involved in the first European PayPal C360 enterprise customer event at the Sky Garden venue in London with over 250 attendees present. The concept for the evening was ‘Sky high’ focusing on taking experiences (digital or otherwise) to the next level, in order to accelerate in the new digital economy. Through this theme, attendees (C-level) were invited to discover how they can elevate customer experiences in order to meet sky-high expectations.

Our objective was to elevate experiences to bring leaders closer to PayPal in terms of content, approach, format and production. We wanted to change perceptions and deliver beyond expectations through intelligent entertainment, without the expected formal structures and boundaries.

To achieve the objectives and aims of the evening, we wanted to use the event as an accelerator for changing perceptions, influencing behaviours, progressing the client journey and building relationships. How did we achieve this? We created a guest journey with interactive touchpoints to ensure guests could engage with content via 3D models, specialist interactive screens and digital signage.

It was fantastic to be part of such an incredible evening providing content creation, design and production solutions to the event.
