The Brief

To create an engaging communications campaign to highlight the importance of Speaking Up in the workplace for not only employees but also to uphold the brand reputation.

Our Approach

We created a series of video animations around certain typical Speak Up scenarios that are commonplace in industry.

On approval of our storyboard designs, we created a bespoke character that is non-gender, non-bias specific to feature as a focal point in the animation.

The result? The animation proved to be the most watched piece of content on the internal communications platform at Diageo.
