The Brief

Whirlpool are a multinational manufacturer and marketeer of home appliances with a worldwide workforce of 61,000 employees worldwide with over 70% of the workforce in manufacturing and therefore harder to reach. Every year they hold an Integrity Week where they remind employees about what Integrity means and the message reinforces Speak up. This year the focus was to highlight that Whirlpool have a Zero Retaliation policy. They wanted this message to be simple and clear and to reach all the Whirlpool employees.

Our Approach

Altadicta suggested an animation to showcase everyday examples in the offices and in the manufacturing sites of what retaliation looks like. We worked with the client to create scenarios and then produced a storyboard. On approval of the storyboard, we created illustrations of each scenario and animated them resulting in a 3 minute video that is now used at all sites globally.
