The Brief

We were asked to design an employee engagement communications campaign to assist in the process of rebuilding trust and morale amongst hospital employees.

Our Approach

Through focus groups, we identified the five key behaviours that the Trust wanted to highlight: Passion Responsibility, Innovation, Drive and Empowerment – which made up the word ‘PRIDE’.

We developed a logo and brand which became the cornerstone of the campaign across the trust. 52 interactive workshops were organised with 5,000 employees as a part of the engagement strategy.

To reinforce the message each of the University training rooms were branded with a behaviour and all the meeting areas and coffee stations were branded with the PRIDE identity. A variety of stationary, posters and leaflets, and digital assets were also created to help embed the message.
