To promote the diverse healthcare career opportunities in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland.

Our Approach

We created Y/our Future - a pioneering recruitment campaign from six partners in Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland - who joined forces to attract health and social care professionals from across the UK to live, study and work in the region.

For the duration of this campaign, we produced animations for social media, advertising collateral, a national radio campaign, social media assets, and content for our bespoke website. The campaign lasted for a threeyear period and succesfully reduced vacancy levels across the region.
