The Brief

David Lloyd Clubs partnered with Altadicta to create a series of internal videos designed to strengthen employee engagement, celebrate culture, and bring company-wide initiatives to life across their digital channels particularly their internal communications platform.

The goal was to connect a diverse workforce -from front-of-house teams and fitness instructors to corporate staff - through authentic storytelling that reflected the people, passion, and purpose at the heart of the David Lloyd brand.

Our Approach

Our creative direction balanced high production value with authenticity, using cinematic visuals, warm colour grading, and emotionally engaging soundtracks to reflect the premium yet approachable nature of the David Lloyd brand.

The campaign delivered measurable impact, with significant increases in video views, engagement rates, and positive feedback. More importantly, it helped foster a stronger sense of connection and pride across teams, reinforcing David Lloyd’s commitment to putting people first — both members and employees alike.
