The Brief

Create an engaging campaign to promote Holcim’s new internal HR Chatbot, and improve adoption of it.

As part of a phased HR transformation, Holcim implemented an AI agent to help employees access and use information about the organisation and their roles

Our Approach

Position the AI agent as a collaborator not a techy tool. We created an approachable (and rather love-able) polar bear character who represents the AI agent. And of course, it was only fitting that the character was developed using AI-led design.

We created light-hearted digital assets and physical posters of the character in different scenarios with example questions the employees could ask the AI agent.

From newly onboarded staff through to senior stakeholders, the feedback on the campaign has been hugely positive - and most importantly Holcim hit its adoption KPIs within the first month of launch.
