The Brief

Our journey with Whirlpool's Ethics and Compliance Campaign began with a comprehensive assessment of the existing ethical framework and compliance standards. Through in-depth discussions with key stakeholders and thorough research into best practices, we gained a holistic understanding of Whirlpool's values and objectives. This initial phase also involved identifying the campaign's target audience, assessing their knowledge levels and perception of ethics and compliance, and determining the most effective messaging strategies to resonate with them.

Our Approach

Armed with a clear understanding of Whirlpool's ethical standards and the campaign's objectives, we embarked on the creation of a diverse range of marketing collateral. This included meticulously crafted brochures, flyers, and posters designed to deliver informative and visually appealing content that effectively communicated the importance of ethics and compliance within Whirlpool. Additionally, our team developed engaging digital content such as videos and infographics that were disseminated through Whirlpool's intranet, website, and social media platforms.

The Brief

To create a look and feel for Compliance week and to design materials that could be shared to engage employees.

Our Approach

We created a logo for Compliance week to be used for all communications in the lead up to and during Compliance week. Furthermore, we designed a range of engaging posters to launch Compliance week in 10 languages, including creating an online quiz which employees had to complete during Compliance Week.
