Bupa’s Mindplace

The Brief

Bupa approached Altadicta to help bring to life its bold vision for mental health — launching Mindplace, a global initiative to create 200 new mental health spaces around the world over the next three years.

The first step in this journey was to design and deliver a pop-up experience that would capture the spirit of Mindplace: calm, inclusive, and forward-thinking. The brief was to create an environment that would invite people in, spark curiosity, and communicate Bupa’s commitment to making mental health support more approachable and more accessible.

Our Approach

At Altadicta, we saw Mindplace as more than a physical space — it was a symbol of progress in how we talk about and experience mental wellbeing. Working closely with Bupa, we designed a modular, transportable pop-up experience that could be easily adapted for different environments and audiences. .

Our creative approach balanced strategic storytelling with sensory design, ensuring every element - from environmental graphics to physical layout - reflected Bupa’s mission to make mental health support open, inviting, and stigma-free.

The result was a powerful expression of purpose and partnership - a space that didn’t just represent Bupa’s global commitment to mental health, but embodied it.
