The Brief

Diageo partnered with Altadicta to redefine the identity and visual experience of one of its key operational sites.

The challenge was to transform a highly functional environment into a space that inspires pride, connection, and purpose — reflecting Diageo’s brand values of craftsmanship, heritage, and innovation. The rebrand needed to tell a cohesive story, strengthen employee engagement, and create a sense of belonging that resonated across the business.

Our Approach

From these insights, we crafted a creative strategy that married Diageo’s legacy with its forward-looking vision. We developed a comprehensive design system that translated the brand’s essence into the built environment — blending storytelling, bold visuals, and seamless functionality.

The result was a complete brand and spatial transformation — a vibrant, purpose-led environment that embodies Diageo’s culture of excellence and innovation, and celebrates the people who bring it to life every day.
