Wolters Kluwer
Office Branding

The Brief

The Wolters Kluwer office is home to 200 employees based over two floors. The offices were unbranded with no company identity apart from the main entrance.

As an agency, we listen to the wants, needs and aspirations of all our clients in order to provide the technical knowledge and support to ensure our designs meets every objective. For this particular project, company culture and their people are at the heart of everything Wolters Kluwer’s do as an organisation, and as a result they wanted to instil their behaviours as part of their DNA.

Our Approach

Our aim was to ensure their new workplace was a reflection of their brand in every way and to create a physical space that genuinely reflects company culture.

One of our main focus points was the meeting rooms (material used wall wrap due to its durability and ability to wipe down and clean) which already had been named after various individuals who had made a groundbreaking differences in their lifetime. We designed each room using Wolter Kluwer’s corporate colours, and all people images used were taken into photoshop and rasterized to achieve a look and feel that we wished to achieve.

Along with the use of images, we created a technology inspired design that we could place over or across the images and the material we used was different to the material used on the wall images to give more interest.
