The Brief
Informa asked Altadicta to help reimagine how employees engage with company policies - transforming what is traditionally seen as complex and corporate into something intuitive, modern, and meaningful.
The goal was to create a digital experience that brought clarity, transparency, and accessibility to Informa’s global policy framework - from ethics and compliance to data protection, inclusion, and sustainability.
Our Approach
We developed the concept and name InformaFlix - inspired by the ease and familiarity of streaming platforms. The idea was simple: make policies feel watchable, not readable. Each policy became an interactive “episode” within a sleek, user-friendly interface, where employees could easily browse, watch, or read short modules explaining key principles and actions.
Altadicta designed the full brand identity and digital experience for InformaFlix. The visual language balanced professionalism with energy — bold colour gradients, clear typography, and intuitive iconography to make navigation effortless.
