The Brief
Holcim partnered with Altadicta to reimagine the creative identity and communication approach for its annual Employee Engagement Survey - a key global initiative designed to give every employee a voice and drive meaningful organisational improvement.
The goal was to shift perceptions of the survey from a compliance exercise to a powerful platform for participation and change, helping teams understand how their input directly shapes Holcim’s culture and future direction.
Our Approach
Altadicta created a modular visual identity for the survey — blending Holcim’s global brand style with new, vibrant elements that symbolised unity and forward movement. The design language featured abstract “building block” graphics, representing how individual contributions come together to shape the whole.
To drive participation, we developed a multi-channel communications toolkit that included digital assets, email templates, intranet banners, posters, and motion graphics — all designed to engage employees wherever they worked, from offices to frontline sites.
