The Brief
Toyota Industries wanted to create a campaign that would foster a culture of openness, trust, and inclusion across the organisation.
The goal was simple yet powerful - to encourage employees at every level to feel comfortable and confident speaking up, whether to share ideas, raise concerns, or provide feedback that could help the company grow stronger together.
Our Approach
At the heart of our creative concept was a simple, universal message: “Your Voice Matters.” We built the campaign for employees, by employees — giving it authenticity and warmth. Real stories from within Toyota Industries became the driving force behind the content.
Through a blend of short videos, personal testimonials, digital banners, emails, and on-site visuals, we told stories that reflected everyday experiences and the impact of speaking up.
The result? The Speak Up campaign helped shift perceptions and open conversations across the business — empowering individuals to contribute their voices and ideas to make Toyota Industries a better, more inclusive place to work. By combining authentic storytelling, employee-led content, and clear, empathetic messaging, the campaign created a lasting sense of trust and reinforced Toyota’s ongoing commitment to care, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
