The Brief
Design and launch a “Speak Up” campaign for Toyota Industries, aimed at fostering
a supportive, and inclusive workplace culture.
Toyota wanted to encourage employees at all levels to feel comfortable voicing their feedback and concerns confidently and constructively.
Our Approach
Make the subject approachable with clear messaging - ‘your voice matters’.
The campaign included content from employees for employees - keeping it accessible and authentic including; videos, digestible testimonials, emails, digital and physical banners, all with clear storytelling and CTAs.
