Diageo Shieldhall Rebrand and Refurbish

The Brief

Diageo approached Altadicta to reimagine the identity and environment of its Shieldhall site - one of the company’s flagship production facilities.

The goal was to move beyond a functional industrial space and create a visually engaging, story-led environment that celebrated Diageo’s heritage, people, and commitment to quality and innovation. The redesign needed to unite employees, partners, and visitors under a renewed sense of pride and purpose — reflecting Diageo’s brand values and future ambitions.

Our Approach

We began by immersing ourselves in the culture and history of Shieldhall, working closely with Diageo teams to understand the site’s significance, workflow, and community spirit. From there, we developed a comprehensive rebrand and spatial design strategy - one that fused industrial authenticity with modern creativity. Every visual, colour, and material choice was made to reflect craftsmanship, progress, and belonging.

The result was a dynamic, people-centred transformation - turning Shieldhall into a space that doesn’t just represent Diageo’s excellence, but inspires everyone who walks through it.
