The Brief

Bupa approached Altadicta to help create a bold new identity for “Bupa Campus” - the home of learning, collaboration, and innovation for their global workforce.

The ambition was to establish a distinctive brand within Bupa that felt dynamic, digital-first, and unmistakably human. The Campus identity needed to reflect energy, inclusivity, and curiosity - celebrating the power of people coming together to grow, share ideas, and shape the future of health.

Our Approach

Altadicta developed a visual identity system for Bupa Campus built on two design principles - bold photography and powerful typography.

We stripped away unnecessary complexity and focused on clarity, impact, and storytelling through imagery. Photography took centre stage - full-bleed, emotive, and authentic shots of real people captured the spirit of connection and learning. The typography was designed to be confident and modern, creating a strong visual voice that reflected both authority and warmth.

Through this partnership, Altadicta helped Bupa transform Campus into a vibrant brand - one that inspires curiosity, connection, and growth at every level of the organisation.
