Photo Competition
The Brief
Holcim approached Altadicta to create and deliver the Go Circularity Photo Competition, a global employee engagement campaign designed to bring Holcim’s circular economy vision to life through authentic, employee-driven storytelling.
The competition aimed to encourage employees worldwide to capture and share real examples of circular innovation — from sustainable manufacturing and waste reduction to product reuse and environmental stewardship. The images and stories collected would form part of Holcim’s broader sustainability narrative, celebrating how circular thinking is being embedded across its operations.
Our Approach
Altadicta developed a creative, end-to-end campaign that positioned Go Circularity as both a celebration and a call to action — a way for every Holcim employee to see themselves as contributors to a more sustainable future.
We began by designing a strong visual identity for the competition, drawing on Holcim’s circularity framework to create a look and feel that was fresh, vibrant, and globally unifying.
The competition was launched through a multi-channel communication strategy, including teaser animations, email campaigns, intranet banners, and digital toolkits for local champions. We crafted all messaging to be simple, motivating, and accessible, inviting participation from every level of the organisation — from plant engineers and sustainability teams to office-based employees.
