
Global Intranet Launch
The Brief
Create a campaign to support the launch of Inchcape’s new intranet and engagement tool as part of their HR transformation.
Prior to this, there were a host of disparate channels and platforms that were being used by employees, so this campaign needed to get employees excited and engaged with this new, all inclusive platform, and ensure they didn’t view it as ‘just another platform’ to add to the list.
Our Approach
Make human connection the primary focus (rather than the platform itself - this was the enabler).
We created a bold visual identity and created internal ads and video teasers to cut through the noise and build intrigue.
Once launched, we created an onboarding ‘how to’ guide for employees to convert awareness into engagement with the platform.
